The Rock Violin Studio

Six students from the violin studio performed Spacedust and Bittersweet Symphony with Poi dog Pondering at the Paramount Theatre in Aurora. Beautifully done!

Susan has opened a rock violin studio on the north side of Chicago to teach both classical violin and rock improvisation.

With a violin degree from IU…years of touring… experience creating violin parts using effects pedals...

She offers training in the skills needed to play in a variety of situations - recording studio, concert hall, Saturday Night Live or the front porch.

Using the Suzuki repertoire and songs from pop, rock, hip hop, disco, punk and jazz, you'll learn how to play songs you love and discover and develop your own unique musical style.
